JW Clearwater is a luxury resort located in Clearwater Beach, FL which opened in May of 2023. The resort has 162 hotel keys and 36, 1–3-bedroom condominium units with a majority participating in the resort’s rental program. Additionally, the resort features four food & beverage venues, over 18,000 square feet of indoor meeting and event space, a fitness center and spa, a rooftop pool, and a private beach. Clearwater Beach is known for its white sand beaches and clear blue waters, and in 2023 it was named the best beach in the South by USA Today.
