Previously, Charles was the Global Head of Tax at Northwood Investors. Prior to Northwood Investors, he was a Senior Manager at KPMG in their real estate funds practice.

Charles holds a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Strategic Tax Consulting from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, as well as a Minor in History.  Additionally, he is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
