Previously, Matteo was an analyst at PJT Partners, working in the Restructuring & Special Situations Group.

Matteo holds an MSc in Financial Economics from Oxford University and a BSc in Economics and Finance from Bocconi University.

Previously, Abby was a Public Accountant at Spicer Jeffries, LLP. Prior to Spicer Jeffries, LLP, Abby was a Public Accounting Intern at Lenhart Mason & Associates.

Abby holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in accounting, finance, and economics from Black Hills State University.

Previously, Steve was an Asset Management Associate with Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies. Prior to joining Blackstone, Steve was an Originations Analyst with Cantor Fitzgerald - CCRE.  

Steve holds a B.S. from Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration.

Previously, Nolen was CFO and Managing Director of The Energy and Minerals Group. Prior to EMG, he was an audit partner with KPMG.

Nolen holds a BBA in Accounting with a Minor in IT Systems from Baylor University.

Previously, Rwanda held various positions in the accounting department of Shamrock Foods, which she joined 2015. Prior to Shamrock Foods, Rwanda worked as an analytical chemist.

Rwanda holds a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Chemistry from MSU Denver.

Bryan currently serves as Head of Strategic Operations, and he is a member of the firm's Management and private equity Investment Committees. Bryan's career with KSL and its affiliates spans nearly 20 years.

Bryan has served in many operating roles during his time at KSL and is predecessors, including: Corporate Finance for KSL Recreation, Chief Financial Officer at Lake Lanier Island, Finance Director for the La Costa Development Corporation, interim Chief Financial Officer at ClubCorp, and interim Chief Executive Officer at Squaw Valley, and Alterra Mountain Company. Prior to KSL, Bryan was Vice President of Strategic Planning at Vail Resorts. Bryan, or BT to his friends and colleagues, grew up working in his family’s Italian restaurant in Upstate New York. There he learned the value of hard work, collaboration, and great Italian food. These skills put him through college at the State University of New York at Albany and remain the cornerstone of his operational skill set.

Previously, Kavin was a Vice President and M&A generalist at PJT Partners in NYC. Prior to PJT Partners, Kavin was an Associate at Morgan Stanley in LA.

Kavin holds a B.S. in Economics from Duke University.

Previously, Charles was the Global Head of Tax at Northwood Investors. Prior to Northwood Investors, he was a Senior Manager at KPMG in their real estate funds practice.

Charles holds a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Strategic Tax Consulting from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, as well as a Minor in History.  Additionally, he is a Certified Public Accountant in California.

Previously, Annie was a Senior Analyst at The Walt Disney Company in their Strategy and Global Development - Parks Experiences and Products Group. Prior to The Walt Disney Company, Annie was an Investment Banking Analyst with Wells Fargo Securities’ Technology, Media & Telecom Group.

Annie graduated cum laude from Davidson College where she studied Political Science with a Minor in Economics.

Steve currently leads KSL’s Strategic Operating Team in Europe. He previously held positions with HEI Hotels & Resorts, a hotel operating company, HVS International, a hotel consulting firm, and the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale.

Steve holds a B.S. from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration. Steve is a member KSL’s private equity Investment Committee..

Previously, Jacki was an Executive Assistant at Triangle Petroleum, Exclusive Resorts and The Broe Group.  Prior to her Executive Assistant positions, Jacki spent nearly 20 years in customer service with United Airlines.

Previously, Nicholas was senior associate consultant at Bain & Company.

Nicholas holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
