Our Team

Previously, Mollie was Global Head of Campus Recruiting-Senior Vice President for Blackstone. Mollie served in various capacities with Blackstone over a nearly 10-year period, where she was instrumental in expanding not only Blackstone’s recruiting efforts but in expanding Blackstone’s diversity and inclusion efforts. Mollie also co-chaired Blackstone’s philanthropic and volunteer initiatives. Prior to joining Blackstone, Mollie served in several roles with Wachovia Securities, Octagon Sports Marketing and Athletic Representation and Banc of Americas Securities LLC.  

Mollie holds a BS from Appalachian State University.

Previously, Tiffany worked as a Corporate Accounting Manager in the Healthcare industry. Tiffany began her career in public accounting and has held accounting management roles for both privately held and publicly traded Fortune 500 companies.

Tiffany is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Science in Accounting & Taxation and a B.S. in Accounting from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Previously, Denise was Chief Brand and Innovation Officer for Holiday Inn Club Vacations.  Prior to joining Holiday Inn Club Vacations in 2018, Denise held Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President positions at Sea World Entertainment, Baha Mar Resort, and Disney Parks.  Denise's extensive career includes roles in US and International markets, with a focus in Latin America and The Caribbean.

Denise currently is a member of the Latino Corporate Directors Association and a Board Member of Ocean Conservancy.

Denise holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Previously, Ana was the Director of Investor Relations at Littlejohn LLC. Prior to Littlejohn LLC, she was a Director and Co-Head of Investor Relations at Oak Hill Advisors.

Ana holds a MBA from Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BA in International Relations from Hamilton College.

Previously, Dave served as Vice President of Investments & Business Development and member of the Executive Committee of KSL Resorts, which he had joined in 2013. Prior to KSL Resorts, Dave was Assistant Vice President at B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group and Senior Consultant at PKF Consulting (now CBRE Hotels). Dave also previously held property-level operations roles with Crestline, Loews, and KSL Recreation Corporation.

Dave is a full member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and a member of its Recreation Development Council.

Dave graduated from The George Washington University with Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Tourism Administration degrees.  

Previously, Pete was an Analyst and Associate in Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate and Financial Sponsor Investment Banking Groups.

Pete holds a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College.

Prachi recently graduated from King’s College London with a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics.

Previously, Sean served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Kingdom Hotel Investments, during which time he also sat as a Non-Executive Director of Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Hotel George V in Paris and The Savoy Hotel in London. Prior to taking his career in-house, Sean was a corporate partner in the London and Abu Dhabi offices of Hogan Lovells for over ten years.

Sean qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 1996 having graduated as a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with Honours from the University of Exeter and completed his Law Society Finals Examination at The College of Law, Guildford.

Previously, Cara was an investments associate with BentallGreenOak (BGO). Prior to BGO, Cara was an investment banking analyst in the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure group at Deutsche Bank.  

Cara holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from Washington and Lee University.

Previously, Paul was the  Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wells Fargo & Company (“Wells Fargo”).

Paul joined Wells Fargo in 1970, served as Vice Chairman from 1981 to 1984, President and Chief Operating Officer from 1984 to 1995, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from January 1995 to May 2001 when he retired from Wells Fargo.

Paul is currently Chairman of Accel-KKR and is active in various businesses and investments.  Paul's past board positions include Safeway(Lead Independent Director), KKR Financial Holding LLC (Chairman), PhelpsDodge, Vodafone Group Plc (Deputy Chairman and Lead Independent Director),Willis Group Holdings Ltd., Xstrata, Blackhawk Network Holdings, KSL Resorts, the San Francisco Symphony, and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.  Paul also served on the Federal Advisory Council to the Federal Reserve from 1987 to 1991, acting as President of the Council in 1991, reporting to Alan Greenspan as Chairman.

Paul attended Amherst College, holds a MS in finance from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the University of California.

Previously, Kassie was an Investment Analyst at Peachtree Group.

She holds a B.A. in Hotel Administration with a concentration in Finance from Cornell University.

Mr. Henrich joined KSL in February 2011 and was a founding member of the KSL Credit, CMBS and Tactical Opportunities strategies. As Head of Capital Solutions, Mr. Henrich has oversight for its credit and tactical opportunities vehicles.  He is a member of KSL’s Management Committee as well as a member of all of KSL’s Investment Committees.

Previously, Mr. Henrich was a Senior Managing Director of CW Capital Investments, LLC, where he was responsible for building and leading areal estate high yield credit investment platform with over $4.6 billion of assets under management. Prior to joining CW Capital Investments, LLC, Mr. Henrich was an 11-year veteran of Deutsche Bank/ RREEF and its predecessor Bankers Trust, serving as Managing Director and Partner in charge of the Real Estate Credit Fund Investment Platform.

Mr. Henrich is a former member of several Boards including the Hilton Hotels Corporation, Rumsey Hall School and Fairfield County Community, where he also served as Vice Chairman of the Investment Committee. Mr. Henrich has a B.S. from the University of the Pacific and an M.B.A. from Harvard University with honors.
