Previously, Tori was an Associate and Senior Associate in the Real Estate Valuations and Advisory group at KPMG.

Tori holds a BBA in Real Estate and Management & Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Previously, Sarah was a Senior Financial Accountant for Bregal Investments.

Sarah is a Chartered Accountant and graduated from King’s College London with a BA (Hons) in Classics.

Previously, Rishi worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in Centerview Partners’ M&A & strategic advisory practice.  

Rishi holds a B.A. in Mathematical Economics, cum laude, and a Business Minor from Rice University.

Previously, Peggy was an Investment Banking Associate in the Real Estate, Gaming, Leisure and Lodging Group at Nomura.

Peggy holds a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from Dartmouth College.

Previously, Grant worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays in the Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging group.

Grant holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Previously, Kathi was a Senior Contracts Manager at Uplight in Boulder. Prior to Uplight, Kathi spent the bulk of her career (16 years) at CableLabs in Louisville CO as a Contracts Manager/Corporate Paralegal.

Kathi holds a B.S. in Paralegal Studies from Minnesota State University-Moorhead.

Previously, Nino served as CEO of a hospitality group, leading operations across multiple hotels and food and beverage outlets.  Prior to that, Nino was CEO of an agricultural company, where she managed the development of large-scale projects, including almond orchards, dairy farms, and vineyards. She also worked at Goldman Sachs as a Senior Associate, where she contributed to industry-wide initiatives in Trading Operations. 

Nino holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Weber State University in Utah.

Brandon joined KSL full-time in January 2024, following working on KSL’s Equity and Credit teams part-time for two consecutive years and honorably serving in the United States Armed Forces. He holds a B.A. in Human Rights with a specialization in Economics from Columbia University, where he graduated with Latin honors.

Previously, Nicole was on the corporate accounting team with EverWest Real Estate Investors. Prior to EverWest Real Estate Investors, Nicole was a member of the financial reporting and analysis team at RE/MAX LLC.

Nicole graduated from the Colorado State University-Pueblo with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance

Previously, Hallie was the Controller at Techstars. Prior to Techstars, she was a senior manager with KPMG.

Hallie is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance and Accounting and a M.S. in Accounting from the University of Virginia.

Previously, Joe was a Strategy Associate at the Obama Foundation, where he supported efforts to build the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago. Prior to the Obama Foundation, Joe was a Consultant at Oliver Wyman, where he advised clients on corporate strategy and operating model design.

Joe graduated with distinction from Indiana University with a B.S. in Business Economics and Public Policy Analysis.

Rene joined us in February 2006 as a C-Level Executive Assistant and added to her role Office Manager in 2020.  Previously she was a Legal Secretary and Paralegal for eight years at a personal injury law firm in Arvada before joining Brownstein Hyatt & Farber in 1995 as a Legal Secretary in the corporate department.
