Previously, Grant worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays in the Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging group.

Grant holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Previously, Kathi was a Senior Contracts Manager at Uplight in Boulder. Prior to Uplight, Kathi spent the bulk of her career (16 years) at CableLabs in Louisville CO as a Contracts Manager/Corporate Paralegal.

Kathi holds a B.S. in Paralegal Studies from Minnesota State University-Moorhead.

Brandon joined KSL full-time in January 2024, following working on KSL’s Equity and Credit teams part-time for two consecutive years and honorably serving in the United States Armed Forces. He holds a B.A. in Human Rights with a specialization in Economics from Columbia University, where he graduated with Latin honors.

Previously, Nicole was on the corporate accounting team with EverWest Real Estate Investors. Prior to EverWest Real Estate Investors, Nicole was a member of the financial reporting and analysis team at RE/MAX LLC.

Nicole graduated from the Colorado State University-Pueblo with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance

Previously, Hallie was the Controller at Techstars. Prior to Techstars, she was a senior manager with KPMG.

Hallie is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance and Accounting and a M.S. in Accounting from the University of Virginia.

Previously, Joe was a Strategy Associate at the Obama Foundation, where he supported efforts to build the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago. Prior to the Obama Foundation, Joe was a Consultant at Oliver Wyman, where he advised clients on corporate strategy and operating model design.

Joe graduated with distinction from Indiana University with a B.S. in Business Economics and Public Policy Analysis.

Rene joined us in February 2006 as a C-Level Executive Assistant and added to her role Office Manager in 2020.  Previously she was a Legal Secretary and Paralegal for eight years at a personal injury law firm in Arvada before joining Brownstein Hyatt & Farber in 1995 as a Legal Secretary in the corporate department.

Previously, Shaun was the Operations Coordinator at Bow River Capital.

Prior to joining Bow River, Shaun was an Executive Assistant at Monomoy Capital Partners.

Shaun holds a B.A. from Penn State University.

Previously, Harris was an Investment Banking Analyst in Citigroup's Real Estate & Lodging division.

Harris graduated summa cum laude from Syracuse University with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from The Whitman School of Management.

Previously, Michael was a senior consultant at Aon Investments USA. Prior to Aon Investments USA, Michael was a senior fund accountant at Jackson National Asset Management.

Michael holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Iowa.

Previously, Peter was Vice President of Acquisitions at Mission Hill Hospitality. Prior to joining Mission Hill, Peter traded equities, options, and futures at ExodusPoint Capital Management and J. Goldman & Co. Peter began his career at Credit Suisse, based in New York.

Peter holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, and a B.S. in Finance & Accounting from Syracuse University.

Previously, Lauren worked on the CMBS Originations Team at JPMorgan. Prior to JPMorgan, Lauren was a summer associate at Jefferson Apartment Group.

Lauren holds a BS in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
