Previously, Ryan was an Analyst and Associate in Blackstone’s Real Estate group.

Ryan holds a B.S. in Economics, summa cum laude, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Peter is a co-founder of KSL and currently serves as the firm's Chief Investment Officer. As CIO, Peter co-heads the firm's Investment Committees and is a member of the firm's Management Committee.

Peter joined KSL's predecessor in 2003, serving as Director of Acquisitions and Corporate Finance. Previously, he was an investment banking Analyst at Alex. Brown & Sons and an Associate at J.H. Whitney & Co. Peter is a member of the Real Estate Roundtable and Stanford Alumni Real Estate Council.

He holds a B.A. in Economics (magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa) from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Previously, Ted was the Chief Compliance Officer of Northwood Investors LLC from July 2015 until joining KSL in 2019. Ted's regulatory career began as an examiner with the US Securities & Exchange Commission from 2003 to 2010 and continued as a consultant with ACA Compliance Group from 2010 to 2015.

Ted is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Ted holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, Columbia.

Previously, Jack worked on the Strategy and Corporate Development team at Adtalem Global Education.

Prior to Adtalem Global Education, Jack was a consultant in Deloitte’s Strategy and Operations group.

Jack holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Business from Indiana University.

Previously, Conor was an Analyst  n Citigroup’s Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking group.

Conor holds a B.S. in Commerce with  concentrations in Finance and Accounting from The University of Virginia's McIntire School.

Previously, Susan was a Managing Director at Makena Capital Management from 2006 through 2019, where she was a member of the firm's Management Committee and one of the firm's founding partners. Susan was responsible for managing Makena Capital's $2+ billion real estate investment portfolio.

Prior to joining Makena Capital, Susan was the Director of Real Estate and Real Assets Investments for the William & Flora Hewlett Foundation from 2002-2006. Susan also served as a Managing Director at the Stanford Management Company from 1993-2001, where she co-managed the real estate group. Prior to that, Susan was responsible for the development and management of the Stanford Research Park where she oversaw the development of over 1 million square feet on behalf of the University.

Susan currently serves on the Board of Directors of CBRE Group, KREST (a KKR sponsored non-traded REIT) and the Hewlett Foundation where she also serves as Chair of the Foundation’s Investment Committee. She is a member of the Stanford Bing Overseas Study Program Advisory Council and has served as an Overseer of the Tuck School at Dartmouth as well as the Dartmouth Investment Committee.

Susan graduated from Stanford University with an A.B., with Honors, and holds an MBA from The Tuck School at Dartmouth. Study Program Advisory Council and  and serves as a Global Governing Trustee for ULI. Susan has served as an Overseer of the Tuck School at Dartmouth as well and has recently served on the Dartmouth Investment Committee. Susan graduated from Stanford University with an A.B., with Honors, and holds an MBA from The Tuck School at Dartmouth.

Previously, Mike was an Investment Banking Analyst for Citigroup.  

Currently, Mike is also a member of KSL's private equity Investment Committee.

Mike holds a B.S. in Finance, summa cum laude, from Wake Forest University’s Wayne Calloway School of Business.

Previously, Ed was a Senior Associate in the Banking & Finance group of Clifford Chance LLP in London and Hong Kong where he specialized in Real Estate Finance and spent time in-house at Wynn Resorts, Deutsche Bank and HSBC.

Ed graduated from The University of Warwick with a first class (honours) law degree and completed his Legal Practice Course at The College of Law, London.

Previously, Ryan was Director of Finance & Human Resources for MS Biotech, which he joined in August 2018. Prior to MS BioTech, Ryan served as Director of Finance for Paragon Bioservices since November 2014.  Both companies were private-equity owned with a focus on growth strategy.  

Ryan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Loyola University in Maryland.

Previously, Sam was an Audit Senior at Deloitte and Touche LLP, specializing in audits of public and large private companies.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and Corporate Finance and Master of Accountancy (MAcc) from Colorado State University.

Previously, Abigail was an Analyst and Associate in the Consumer Retail Group at Barclays.

Abigail holds a B.A. in Political Science from Middlebury College.

Previously, Ted was Senior Director of Payor Contracting at DaVita Inc., where he led revenue and contracting strategy across the organization’s network of 2,500 outpatient dialysis clinics around the country. Prior to DaVita, Ted led corporate finance at Smashburger, helping the company grow from 90 locations to over 200 nationwide. Ted began his career with St. Charles Capital, a boutique investment banking firm focused on the middle market.  

Ted holds a B.A. from Colorado College and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
