Previously, Zach was an Associate with L Catterton.

Prior to L Catterton, Zach was an Investment Banking Analyst in Consumer & Retail with J.P. Morgan.  

Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomechanical Engineering and a Minor in Economics from Stanford University.

Previously, Marc was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Southeast Asia Real Estate team at Credit Suisse.  

Marc holds a BSc in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (First Class) from University College London.

Previously, Andrew was a hedge fund accounting associate at MG Stover.

Prior to MG Stover, Andrew was a fund accounting analyst at Alps Funds.

Andrew holds a B.S. in Economics from Clemson University.

Previously, Courtney was a Senior Accountant for EOG Resources  and Great Western Petroleum. Courtney started her career at  PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Audit Senior Associate, where she served a variety of energy, technology, retail, and  pharmaceutical clients.

Courtney is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a  B.S. in University Studies with a concentration in Business from the Mays  Business School at Texas A&M University.

Eric co-founded KSL in 2005, and currently serves as the firm's Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Eric oversees KSL's Management and Investment Committees.

Prior to co-founding KSL, from 2001 Eric was Chief Financial Officer of KSL Recreation, our predecessor. From 1996 to 2001, Eric was an executive with Vail Associates, where he served as Vice President, Strategic Planning and Investor Relations.  Prior to Vail, Eric was a Consultant with McKinsey and Company. He serves as Trustee of the US Ski & Snowboard Foundation.  He is a member of IREFAC (Industry Real Estate Financing Advisory Council), WTTC (World Travel and Tourism Council), and Real Estate Roundtable.  He also serves on the University of Colorado Cancer Center Advisory Board.  

Eric holds a B.A. with distinction in Mathematics and Economics, Phi Beta Kappa, from Cornell University.

Orly Ripmaster rejoined KSL in 2025 as Chief of Staff to the CEO, having previously been with the firm from2012 to 2022. She was President of Slifer Smith & Frampton, an East West company, leading its expansion into Colorado's Front Range, and is a licensed Colorado broker. Prior to KSL, she held leadership roles at Smith Travel Research (STR), Destination Hotels & Resorts, and the St. Julien Hotel. Orly holds an A.B. from Harvard University, an M.A. in Communication from the University of Colorado, and an M.B.A. from ESSEC Business School's Hotel and Luxury Management program in Paris.

Previously, Dan was an Associate with Starwood Capital Group, having worked extensively on the acquisition of Société du Louvre and Groupe Taittinger, which included a portfolio of over 800 hotels as well as extensive luxury goods holdings.  

Currently, Dan is also a member of KSL's Investment Committees.

Prior to Starwood, Dan was an Analyst at Shorenstein Co., LLC. Dan holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Previously, Kevin served as Associate General Counsel of Royal Gold, Inc. from 2009 to 2011 and as Senior Corporate Counsel for Newmont Mining Corporation from 2005 to 2009. Kevin began his legal career in 2002 as an Associate in the Corporate and Securities Department of Brownstein Hyatt & Farber, P.C.  

Kevin is a former member of the Board of Trustees of the Legal Aid Foundation of Colorado.  

Kevin holds a B.A. from Holy Cross and a J.D. from the University of Denver.

Previously, Sam was an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs where she focused on commercial real estate financing.

Sam holds a BBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Previously, Stacy was an Audit Senior at Deloitte and Touche LLP.

Stacy is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Accountancy and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Denver.
